Day 147 Self-Study to Web Dev
Job Search day 8.
Sent out many new applications today via Linkedin.
Was supposed to have a phone interview for a full stack position with a company based out of Chicago this morning and I never got the call. On the upside, they called at the end of the day. I guess there was some type of mixup on their end and we rescheduled the interview for tomorrow morning.
I ended up in an unexpected phone interview with a company I applied for only today. Turns out that position was too senior for me, and I totally agreed with the recruiter. There is an upside to this story also. I did not get to continue with that interview, but I now have a video call interview with the same recruiter for tomorrow afternoon because she liked my resume and will consider my for a more “junior” position if the company has. Which is great, I appreciate the opportunity.
Tomorrow is a big day. 4 phone interviews with 4 different companies.
One out of Cleveland, One out of Chicago, and two out of Pennsylvania.
