Day 50 Self-Study to Web Dev!

Was looking through job requirements for web developers in the Cleveland area. Realized that many jobs are still asking for jQuery and SQL skillsets along with JavaScript, React, etc.
jQuery may not be “necessary” per say, but I think you would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not teach yourself jQuery and SQL. Should we be able to do without jQuery, yes of course. However, if employers are looking for that skillset, then perhaps we should learn it? Just my two cents.
That being said I spent the day focusing on jQuery courses from Frontend Masters. I will hopefully be finishing those courses on Sunday. Tomorrow I will work on Codewars problems from my mobile phone as I will not have desktop access.
