Day 65 Self-Study to Web Dev!

Away from home today so won’t be able to include the usual picture, but hey that’s what the title is for right??

So, today I worked with the regular expressions exercises on freeCodeCamp. I am approximately 75% complete with those exercises.

Worked on understanding out how to rescale my pictures in portfolio to create the responsive design. I decided using the “srcset” attribute in my HTML will be the most effective way to scale down/up the picture sizes based on screen width.

How’s my mindset? Am I in the pits of despair or flying high on the clouds?? Well, I’d say in between. Having a lot of positive days programming with a few headache inducing days mixed in between. I once read passion comes after the hard work has been put in. I’d say that is most likely true. I think that every day moving forward, even if it is just a little, in learning is a positive goal for me and a sure way to keep chipping away until I have acquired a vast set of programming knowledge.

I do enjoy programming and am looking forward to doing this as a career. Every day it is awesome to learn something new an use it in a positive way to impact others lives.
