beginning of the end.

Welcome to what is going to become my first full fledged app! YelpCamp will allow users to look up different campgrounds, comment, review, etc. This is the final code along project the Udemy Web Dev Course I have been taking. There are still many lessons to go in this course because of the scope of this application, but it is the beginning of the final project! For this project I am using the online cloud9 server for backend work. I am using node.js on the backend and installed express and ejs at the moment. Also will be using bootstrap library on the front-end side. More will eventually follow as I progress into this app.

Today I created a basic format for the homepage, and the campgrounds list page. Nothing is yet complete, but I will still post the code for those who are interested. I created package.json, header.ejs, footer.ejs, landing.ejs, and campgrounds.ejs files today. Here are my results from day 1.

main app.js file
header.ejs
footer.ejs
landing.ejs (picture of web view is at top of page!)
campgrounds.ejs (web view in picture below).
web page for campgrounds.ejs

43 Hours of coding down in this 10,000 hour programming challange,

9,957 Hours of Coding to go! Be sure to clap, follow, etc. (mainly etc.) to encourage me on this journey!
